How to deal with Food at University?

Posted in

One hundred pot noodles, 50 take-aways and 75 failed attempts at the perfect lasagne after my first
night in living away from home, I am finally getting the hang of how to handle food at university. The
whole point of this blog is to spare you the dry pot noodles, overpriced takeaways and unnecessary
fire alarms that came with my first year at university. Now blogs are all fun and games, particularly
the ones here at Atozmed, however for those who want frequent recipes I would recommend giving
@ahmedb.02 a follow on TikTok. He has some wonderful, quick and easy recipes perfect for a
university student.

But seriously though, I would recommend you to make a list of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner and try to stick to the simple recipes that have too many steps (unless of course you have the time) as this will save you a lot of time! Also I would suggest that you meal prep on the weekends so that it will not interfere with university as you are often scheduled a lot as a medical student, and most of the time cannot be bothered to make food- so you end up ordering from UberEats instead😂.
