AtoZmed is an online platform aiding medical students across the country to help pass their final year exam with MCQs along with free resources and help for prospective medics as well.

AtoZmed Limited is a registered company under the company number 13835390 which under the Companies Act 2006 is a private limited company in England and Wales.

This website aims to provide pre clinical medical students a revision tool to help said students pass their exams. Along with this, the website allows users to access blogs, free information, mental health support and contains external links to other websites. The site also aims to provide aid for aspiring medical students with personal statement and interview help.

All interactive properties, services and content displayed on the website is owned by AtoZmed Limited unless stated otherwise on the site itself, for example where a site is linked in for further information. These external links are to allow the AtoZmed user to gain access to further information. However, AtoZmed does not take any responsibility for any harm or damages occurring when using these said links as these contents are independent of AtoZmed Limited and over which we have no control.

AtoZmed Limited own the right to change these said conditions throughout this document and the user is agreeing to these said changes when accessing services after such a modification occurs.

These conditions apply for users and browsers of the content displayed on the platform however we refuse the right to provide the service to any individual if we feel it is right to do so without any notice at all.

Conditions for All Users with/without an Account

The terms and conditions that are following are for any users of the platform including those with/without an account.

All users in general:

AtoZmed is a platform whose main purpose is to benefit the medical community. This being said you as the user will use the platform for lawful purposes only and not utilise any part of the content or website for any unlawful reason which may disrupt the platform or other users.

You acknowledge that the questions in the multiple choice format that have been uploaded for the specific Universities are there to act as aid and a revision tool. These questions will not guarantee you passing your exams but  are there for you to use for your learning and testing. These questions are made from medical students at your medical school based on their own lecture notes which would be based on the lectures and teaching your medical school provides. We are not claiming that your final year exam will be like our question banks, however by accessing these questions we aim to help you build more confidence and fill in gaps of knowledge tailored to your medical school.

The questions and content provided on the AtoZmed platform are not checked nor examined by the medical school itself.

You acknowledge that the free resources provided such as the blogs and mental health support are there to help yourselves with matters outside of academia. Once again these resources should not be copied and used for other purposes and should only be used for lawful reasons.

We at AtoZmed own the right to change the fees and prices of packages at any time.

Users with Accounts:

You will not share or distribute any content that has been made specifically available for you on the platform to anyone else nor will you give your personal information and details to others to gain access onto certain areas on the site.

You represent and warrant that you are of the age 16 or above or attend a UK Medical School. You must be a human being when opening an account, any “robots” or anything of the similar nature are not allowed.

Any actions taken under your account will be presumed to be the account holders doings therefore it is the users responsibility to secure their account.

AtoZmed will not be responsible nor liable for any damages/losses from the users misjudgement of their account and its security.

If it is found that a user has attempted to cheat, copy, hack, screenshot, distribute and destroy any services AtoZmed Limited provide, the users account will be terminated and criminal prosecution and penalties will be applied if AtoZmed Limited deem it fit to do so.

Provision of services

As the customer we put you at the forefront of our plans. This being said we can not always guarantee that our servers and the site itself will be running smoothly and will never go down. As such if the site is inaccessible and down for any reason of our own we will aim to rectify this as soon as possible. If site failure occurs we will then extend the users accounts by a day for every hour our service can not be provided, only if this is requested by the customer.

Payments

AtoZmed take payments via Stripe, a third person company, and all users who end up buying a service of any kind from the site will be subjected to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You agree that any details regarding credit or debit cards you are using to make a payment is correct and is your own.

The price of our services are listed on the website, AtoZmed can only take payment in pounds sterling.

Please note that due to our services and what we offer here at AtoZmed Limited, cancellation or refund of your payment is not permitted once a service has started.

Promotional offer

From time to time AtoZmed Limited may offer promotions on the packages we provide. These promotions will vary in price, time and duration. We can not guarantee that you will always be notified by these offers and the availability of these promotions will be decided solely by AtoZmed Limited. Eligibility for these offers is decided on a case by case basis but we aim that most of our customers remain satisfied. Information such as email address and payment method details may be used to determine eligibility for certain promotion offers.

Limitations on Liability and Warranties

The service provided on the AtoZmed website is provided “as is” without any warranty. You are not limited to any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country.

Final Disclaimer

We at AtoZmed Limited are not endorsed by any University and nor do we claim to be, the content we provide is not checked by any Medical School programme. This is a venture outside of any University and not affiliated with any programme. We are a group of medical students who have created questions from our own intellectual property specific to Medical Schools for students to use as a revision tool.

Finally the world of medicine is constantly changing, thus we aim to check our questions and keep them up to a good standard and up to date. However, we can not guarantee that every question is medically accurate and correct but we endeavour to minimise this at all times.
